Gord joined CMiC in June, 1986 as the Product Manager responsible for construction solutions. In 1989, he took on the responsibility of Team Lead, managing the design, development and release of CMiC’s first Oracle-based Construction Management software solution. During his early years at CMiC Gord personally implemented over two hundred construction management systems at various construction companies throughout North America. Gord became President in September, 2002, and since that time his leadership and technical expertise has been instrumental in guiding CMiC into a new era of product development and profitability. Gord holds a B.A. in English from York University, and a B.Ed. in Accounting and Computer Science from the University of Toronto.
EVP, Global Sales
Jeff is responsible for leading the sales team, handling channel sales and international development. With over 20 years of experience in the computer software industry, his leadership and direction of the sales and business development team has led to CMiC’s successful partnerships with many of North America’s leading construction companies. His vision is to expand CMiC into every project based marketplace, leveraging our knowledge of project management using our enterprise project and financial management software. Jeff joined CMiC in 1991 as a senior system consultant. He was promoted to Director of International Business in 1993, then Vice President in 1995. Jeff holds an MBA and an MS in Engineering.
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Pat is responsible for CMiC’s Operations, including Support, QA, Programming, Finance, HR and Corporate Governance activities. He has more than 20 years’ experience in corporate management, financial stewardship, governance and advisory capacities. Prior to joining CMiC, Pat was the CFO for Poraver North America Limited, where he created an infrastructure including systems, policies, and procedures to handle daily operations, audit reviews and corporate governance activities. As VP in the Corporate Finance group at Ernst & Young, he developed a practice focused on providing M&A advisory services to clients in the Building and Construction products industry. Pat is a CPA, CA, CBV and holds an Honors BA from the University of Waterloo, majoring in Accounting with a minor in Economics.
Vice President, Global Services
Vice President, Global Services, CMiC. Jason’s Construction and Software experience started at the completion of University while working on his family’s Construction job sites and working in a support/consulting capacity for a Global Law Matter & Accounting Software company. Joining the company in 1999 he has had multiple roles and functions within the CMiC Organization which has allowed him to contribute in many facets on strategic direction. For the past 8 years his primary focus has been managing all Service capacities for our clients and ensuring the highest level of Implementation experience. He is a graduate from University of Western Ontario with a degree in Business Administration. When he’s not walking his dog, playing hockey or baseball, you can see him watching our Toronto Maple Leafs with his family.
Chief Technology Officer
Marek oversees all software development at CMiC. Marek’s group develops software applications, provides programming support for delivered applications, performs research into new technologies to enhance future development efforts, performs quality assurance during the software development process, provides product documentation, and manages and maintains the internal CMiC computer network. His continuing missions are to maintain and evolve CMiC’s
state-of-the-art development infrastructure,
while keeping pace with the company’s dynamic growth, and to provide the best turnkey system integration solutions to CMiC’s customers. Marek has been with CMiC since July 1997. He holds
a Master's degree in Computer Science and Informatics from the Technical University of Kosice, Slovakia.
